How exactly is the 10% calculated?
It's 10% of what the customer actually pays us, after any discount, on every single invoice. On the £9.99 Premium plan that's about £1.00 a month, recurring, for the lifetime of that subscription.
When can I withdraw?
Commission clears 30 days after payment, once the refund window has closed. Once your cleared balance reaches £50.00 you can request a withdrawal from your dashboard, and we pay it to your PayPal or bank account.
What counts as a referral?
Anyone who lands on the site through your link and creates an account within 90 days. You'll see them appear in your dashboard as soon as they sign up, and again when they subscribe.
What if someone refunds?
Commission on a refunded payment is reversed. If it hasn't been paid out yet it simply comes off your balance — we never claw back money already sent to you.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are detected and ignored, as are signups from accounts that already exist.
